    Power Rehabilitation is a standardized and safe physical training program for the elderly which provides systematic muscle exercise training, cardiorespiratory endurance training, coordination and flexibility training under the supervision of well-trained specialists to enhance the physical fitness of the elderly.
    Test → Training → Reassessment
    The program is based on the principles of MTT (Medical Training Therapy) and is designed to assess the exercise capacity of the elderly to develop a training plan by taking their actual physical conditions into consideration. It includes strength test (sitting-rising test), balance test (fall risk assessment with Biodex Balance SD), flexibility test (back-touch and sit-and-reach test) and agility test (2.4m timed “up & go” test).

    Participants will finish a standardized training of 3 months, at 2 sessions per week, 1 hour in each session. It includes: 10 minutes of warm-up, 5 minutes of balance training, 35 minutes of strength and cardiorespiratory endurance training, and 10 minutes of relaxation and stretching.
